Click “More info”

When Windows shows Windows protected your PC, click More info. It is safe to continue when you downloaded it from Salix Monitor 360.

Click “Run anyway”

After clicking More info, click Run anyway. Windows may show the publisher as unknown because the installer is not commercially code-signed.

Click “Next”

The setup wizard will ask about shortcuts. Leave the desktop shortcut ticked if you want quick access, then click Next.

Click “Install”

On the ready screen, click Install. When setup finishes, launch Salix Alert Desk and sign in with your Salix Monitor 360 account.

    Download the installer, run it, and sign in with your Salix Monitor 360 account. Windows may show an Unknown publisher or SmartScreen message because the installer is currently unsigned.
  2. Windows installer ZIP:
    This is the same Windows installer in a compressed ZIP file. Download it, unzip it, then run the installer inside.
  3. Android app:
    Download the APK from this page on your Android phone or tablet. Chrome may ask whether you want to keep the file. Android may then ask you to allow installs from Chrome, Files or your chosen file manager.
  4. When Android asks for permission:
    Follow the prompt to allow installs from the app you used to download the APK, then return to the download and choose Install. The exact wording varies between Android devices.
  5. iPhone and iPad app:
    Install Salix Alert Desk from the Apple App Store, then sign in with your Salix Monitor 360 account. Apple handles the public iPhone and iPad app install directly.
